absolutely horrendous app, unbelievable customer service. they let you to be without functional app = so no access to your account for weeks, once I sorted it on my own, and finally send money. money didnt send, tried 3 times now. its said it is send. but no email to confirm that and it doesn't show on account as sent. why CSAS change from service 24 to this I have no idea. but you definitely need to improve your services. disgraceful

I could not understand why the developer of the app create such confusing application.I face so many problem with this app though any app should be friendly to use .It takes two weeks to log in successfully and activate the app, for your surprize the help from technical support is - try to reinstall, login again, try once if not call us again,...the app block automatically And I could not login because of many trial. After so many trial I can log in but still not working. One star is too much

Mrzí nás, že aplikace nenaplnila Vaše očekávání a působí zmateně. Mohli bychom poprosit o informaci, kde v aplikaci skončíte a nemůžete se zaregistrovat? Zkusíme pomoci i formou recenze. Hezký den

Whenever I have to use the app to confirm my payment, it crashes the merchant's website and the payment doesn't get through - it de facto makes me unable to pay things online and causes me to have to cancel my purchases etc. I am very irritated by this and am thinking of switching to a different bank.
